About Job:
As Senior Project Manager, you'll be developing and implementing detailed project plans for building restoration and forensic architecture projects, managing them from inception to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with Florida building codes and regulations. The position also requires effective leadership of project teams, thorough project documentation, and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for building restoration and forensic architecture projects.
- Manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and regulations.
- Utilize AIA and CSI Master Format standards in project planning and execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- PMP certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the building restoration or forensic architecture field.
- Experience with AIA and CSI Master Format preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
